Alhamdulillah, I lost 10kg in 3 months. It was surprisingly when I’ve successfully took the weight loss challenge (WLC) and won £100!!! yeayy… ;)
Hm..actually, it was not about the money matter..what i’m very concerned about was my total wellness. YES, I admit that I do was not believe and put a trusted on any other diet pills or any kinds of diet products. But one day, everything was changed when I met my friend who’s trying to help me. Well, for me, if I’m not doing some trial and research on the product, I won’t get the ‘answer’ till the end of my life. So, I took the ‘risk’ to try their product to see how far it can help me because we can’t trust 100% on what people are trying ‘to get’ from us in selling well their product. Before taking this product, I asked as much questions to the people around me and of course my family as well! and started in Dec 2009, I was used HERBALIFE as my additional nutritions and replaced my breakfast and dinner with this shake! As a result, I lost 10 kg in 3 months!

heyheyhey, how about my other meals?? ok, let me share with you how I re-schedule my eating times in dieting!
BREAKFAST: Shake (will long lasting for about 3-4 hours)
LUNCH: Rice + Fish/Chicken/Meat + Veggie (I can’t live without rice..so, why I should erase rice in my life right..just go ahead, but in a small portion!)
DINNER: Either Shake / A cup of tea / A cup of hot chocolate (Make sure having your dinner before 8 pm and it really work!)
and of course, the most IMPORTANT thing in dieting is WATER. Drink as much of water because it will help you to remove the toxins in your body. For my weight range, I need to consume about 10 L of water per day. Hm, actually it’s hard for me to drink 10L per day, but usually I drank for about 4 L only..hehe. but, THE MORE YOU DRINK, THE MORE YOU SHRINK!
